PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in a media-related field (Film/TV, Communications, English)
Minimum of one year TV/Film Writing
Flexible schedule (Meet 1-2 times a week/Skype. Mostly work from home until production)
Own transportation with valid driver license
Pass background check
Must have personal laptop

Production Assistant and Writer Assistant to support Producers, Writers and Production crew

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

Distribution of materials
Fax and Copy
Compile list of credits
Schedule and maintain calendars
Coordinate and set up meetings
Create and update contact lists
Proficient computer skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
Type and distribute scripts (if needed)
Take meeting notes
Assist in locating and coordinating talent
Set up auditions
Sort head shots
Run video camera
Shoot casting photos
Location scouting
Maintain storyboard schedules
Runner for writers and producers/food supplies props and errands
Must be willing to travel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates should have strong research skills and knowledge using the Internet and major social media
platforms.  We are looking for a team player with a strong ability to work well with others, or individually, under
tight deadlines. Candidates must clear a background check.  Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to
work under pressure while performing under minimal supervision. Candidate should be dependable and
motivated.  Candidates should be capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects at the same time.
Candidate should also be able to work quickly and with complete accuracy. Responsibilities will also include
researching, gathering facts and preparing them.  Must have a personal laptop.

Stage Manager

This candidate will be responsible for coordinating the stage during rehearsals and performances. He/she will also
assist the director as well as assuming the role in the director's absence.  Must be present for all auditions,
rehearsals and performances. This position will also act as a liaison between director and cast.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

Coordinate communication by email and phone between director, producer, cast, and crew
Keep a prop list during rehearsals and performances
Create and maintain a roster of cast and crew
Keep updated scripts with latest changes, blocking, and notes from rehearsals
Assist director and producer with stage set-up and break down
Responsible for calling rehearsals
Update all parties of any changes
Record all blocking and movement
Schedule wardrobe fittings
Schedule rehearsal space
Post and distribute call sheets
Responsible for technical notes
Responsible for taping floor and scenery positioning of props during rehearsal
Provides staging notes
Coordinate and supervises set changes and technical cues
Responsible for calling lights, sound and technical cues during performances
Prepare and ensure rehearsal schedules, cast contact sheets, sign in sheets
Must be willing to travel
